It seems watch blogs are popping up all over the net. In these times, when news travels virtually instantly magazines have a real disadvantage. In my opinion, a magazine has to offer more than "nice" pictures followed by seven pages of snotty text by a "watch expert". A magazine has to have balance, offering upcoming events as well as articles that serve as homage to the past. The magazine below is awesome! It features technical aspects of fine timepieces as well as lovely photos and easy to read (no pretension) articles. This particular issue has an awesome Rolex history article, that has an wonderful and insightful chart showing the number of COSC approved timepieces over the years by brand. This paints an interesting portrait. Most importantly this magazine exudes passion and not just advertising!
