I find the design and ingenuity of Panerai beautiful and because I am a Rolex guy, the historical affiliation interest me. The original 1938 models such as the 3646, 6542 are amazingly beautiful especially with the 60 years of patina they have acquired. The Cortebert based, Rolex sanctioned/engraved movement is also stunning. I love this new Pam 382 introduced at the 2011 SIHH show. This beauty is made of brushed bronze and has a phenomenal green dial. The Paneresti's are calling this one "The Gladiator" for it is bold and beautiful.

Amazing strap on the bottom pic! A 100% perfect match with the case color and the dial face with the leather stitiching! Love it!
